Pacific Spiral

I thought I’d continue the spiral stairs theme from Friday’s post with this shot from the Pacific Mill in Lawrence.  What I really love about this image is that it could be from a 19th century mill, or just as easily the stairs in a New England lighthouse.  Which by the way happen to be my two favorite subjects to shoot.

Absolutely love this shot Steven. I just read a book about a light housekeeper in the 1800s and it would have made a perfect cover!

I just love this genre of photography, you’ve got a real knack for composition with these Steven!! I love the textures of the brickwork and how it plays with the abstract qualities of the composition!
