As I mentioned the other day, Rockport, MA held its first fireworks show a few weeks ago on a picture perfect night. This was the first time they’ve done them here, and I wasn’t sure exactly how far away they would be visible. I took a chance with this location so I could get the fireworks exploding over Motif #1 as opposed to just the fireworks alone against the sky. Not only was I able to get the foreground element I wanted with the fireworks above it, I was also just about the only person watching from this spot, and definitely the only one with a tripod. Can you say exclusive?
Have a great holiday weekend.
