Today’s shot is from Harold Parker State Forest in Andover, MA.  As I was composing this shot, I was looking for something to use as foreground interest, but couldn’t find anything worthwhile.  So instead I decided to let the reflection of the trees and sky carry the image.

And yes, this is the shot I used for the banner at the top of my blog.  It was jealous of the other images having their own full post, so I obliged.

    This is outstanding Steven. That water is so still and it’s hard to tell what is a reflection and what is real. Great capture!

    Great shot, Steven! I’m hoping I can get to the NE area this next month. Looks like such a great place. Can’t believe I’ve never been there.
